11. 美国商品期货交易委员会与美国证券交易委员会将 PF 表格合规期限延长至
2026 年 10 月 1 日（2025 年 9 月 17 日）
美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）与美国证券交易委员会（SEC）分别投
票决定，进一步延长投资顾问遵守 PF 表格修订要求的日期。 PF 表格是特定私募
基金顾问使用的保密报告表格。
两家监管机构将合规日期延长至 2026 年 10 月 1 日。
PF 表格修正案于 2024 年 2 月通过，原定合规日期为 2025 年 3 月 12 日。该
合规日期此前已延长至 6 月 12 日，随后又延至 10 月 1 日。本次进一步延期将为
完成总统备忘录要求的 PF 表格实质性审查提供时间，并可采取包括提出新修正
案在内的进一步适当措施。
CFTC and SEC Extend Form PF Compliance Date to Oct. 1, 2026 (2025/9/17)
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange
Commission each voted to further extend the date for investment advisers to comply
with amendments to Form PF, the confidential reporting form used by certain private
fund advisers.
The Commissions extended the compliance date to Oct. 1, 2026.
The Form PF amendments were adopted in February 2024 and the original
compliance date was March 12, 2025. The compliance date was previously extended
