The Bluprint order also finds, to further avoid detection, Bluprint and Rajiv Patel

knowingly failed to comply with CFTC commodity pool registration requirements.

The CFTC cautions that orders requiring repayment of funds to victims may not

always result in the recovery of lost money because the wrongdoers may not have

sufficient funds or assets.

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）签发行政令，对四家金融机构的附属互

换交易商和期货佣金商（FCM）进行立案并达成和解，其未按照 CFTC 的记录保

存要求维护、保存、提供记录，也未勤勉监督其作为 CFTC 注册实体的业务相关

事项。

和解的注册实体承认了行政令中所述的具体事实，被命令停止违反关于记录

保存和监督要求的行为，并要求参与具体整改计划。
