Mexican Banking and Securities Commission as broker-dealers, provide a
sufficient basis for an affirmative finding of comparability with respect to the

Commission’s swap dealer capital and financial reporting requirements

adopted under the Commodity Exchange Act. The Commission also is

soliciting public comment on a proposed order providing for the conditional

availability of substituted compliance in connection with the application.

Both proposals will be available for comment for 60 days post publishing in the

Federal Register.

邦储备银行、美国证券交易委员会和美国商品期货交易委员会的工作人员组成）

发布了一份工作人员工作进展报告（staff progress report），介绍了其成员为增强

美国国债市场韧性所采取的一系列重要措施的最新情况。LAWG 成员已经采取

了包括但不限于以下措施：

 提出规则草案，以加强对国债市场主要参与者和交易场所的监管、

对更多国债交易进行中央清算；

 批准加强对二级市场交易数据的收集和公开发布；

 开始试点收集非中央清算的双边回购协议的数据；
