4. 证监会公布《场外配资典型案例》（2022 年 6 月 8 日）

近年来，证监会支持配合公安、司法机关查处判决了一批场外配资案件，现

整理 8 个典型案例予以曝光。证监会郑重提醒广大投资者，场外配资是违法活动，

参与场外配资可能会血本无归。广大投资者一定要提高防范意识，通过合法渠道

参与股票、期货交易，远离场外配资，保护自身财产安全。

4. China Securities Regulatory Commission Releases the Warning Cases of

Trading Stocks and Futures with Funding by Third Party without Authorization
(2022/6/8)

In recent years, the CSRC has supported and cooperated with the public security

departments and judicial authorities in investigating and trying a series of cases on

trading stocks and futures with funding by third party without authorization. The

CSRC solemnly warns the investors that trading stocks and futures with funding by

third party without authorization is prohibited by law and may result in loss of all

contributions by investors. The CSRC reminds investors to keep vigilant to it, engage

stock and futures trading by the right way and keep away from trading stocks and

futures with funding by unauthorized third party for protecting the safety of property

of their own.
