见。

Decision to Amend Certain Rules on Securities and Futures and the Decision to
Amend Certain Regulatory Documents on Securities and Futures (2022/6/24)
For the purpose of effectively implementing the Futures and Derivatives Law of
the People's Republic of China, CSRC has drafted the Decision to Amend Certain
Rules on Securities and Futures and the Decision to Amend Certain Regulatory
Documents on Securities and Futures, revising some clauses of 8 rules and 15
regulatory documents, and is now soliciting public comments on the Decisions.
The period for feedback will end on July 24, 2022.
