VBI and Vanden Berge, in which they neither admitted nor denied the allegations in
the Complaint. In the Complaint, the BCC alleged that VBI failed to maintain all
required pre-trade communications, in violation of NFA Compliance Rule 2-10(a) and,
together with Vanden Berge, failed to diligently supervise the firm, in violation
of NFA Compliance Rule 2-9(a). In its Decision, the NFA Hearing Panel found that
Vanden Berge committed the violation alleged against him in the Complaint.

美国全国期货协会（NFA）已对位于英国伦敦的介绍经纪商会员 Oil
Brokerage Limited（Oil Brokerage）处以 29 万美元罚款。
该决定是基于 NFA 商业行为委员会（BCC）提交的控告书和 Oil Brokerage
的和解申请作出的。在和解申请中，该公司既未承认也未否认控告书中的指控。
商业行为委员会指控 Oil Brokerage 允许未注册为 NFA 业务代表且未在美国
商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）登记为公司业务代表的个人，招揽和/或接受美国
境内客户的交易指令，违反了《NFA 章程》第 301(b)条。商业行为委员会同时认
