Since January, the CFTC held a first-ever Crypto CEO Forum and

has withdrawn outdated staff advisories and released new guidance to improve

regulatory clarity for American and other innovators and entrepreneurs in crypto and

digital assets. The CFTC has had discussions on a digital asset markets pilot program

and participating as an observer in industry tokenization initiatives.

The CFTC recently completed a public comment period on 24/7

trading and perpetual derivatives, two crypto market innovations. Perpetual

derivatives have been trading live on CFTC-registered designated contract markets

(DCMs) since April, and 24/7 trading has been live since May.

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）代理主席 Caroline D. Pham 宣布，CFTC

将启动一项针对在 CFTC 注册期货交易所（指定合约市场或 DCM）上市的现货

加密货币资产合约的交易计划。这是 CFTC“加密冲刺（crypto sprint）”计划中

落实总统数字资产市场工作组报告建议的首个举措。代理主席 Pham 于上周宣布
