prison on Aug.15, 2024 and ordered to pay $7 million in restitution on January 22,
2025, in United States v. Yakov Cohen, No. 19 cr 77-1 PX (D. Md.).

4. 美国商品期货交易委员会和美国证券交易委员会延长 PF 表格修订的生效日

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）与美国证券交易委员会（SEC）联合宣
布，将延长 2024 年 2 月 8 日通过的 PF 表格修订的生效日期。这些修订的原生
效日期为 2025 年 3 月 12 日，现延长至 2025 年 6 月 12 日。
PF 表格是某些在 SEC 注册的私募基金投资顾问的保密性报告表，其中包括
那些同时在 CFTC 注册为商品基金管理人或商品交易顾问的机构。此次生效日期
的延长将减轻与原生效日期相关的某些行政和技术负担及成本。此外，生效日期
的延长也将为报告者提供更多时间来设置程序和测试以确保符合修订的要求。
CFTC, SEC Extend Form PF Amendments Compliance Date (2025/1/29)
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission, together with the Securities and
Exchange Commission, extended the compliance date for the amendments to Form PF
that were adopted Feb. 8, 2024. The compliance date for these amendments, which
was originally March 12, 2025, has been extended to June 12, 2025.
Form PF is the confidential reporting form for certain SEC-registered investment
advisers to private funds, including those that also are registered with the CFTC as
commodity pool operators or commodity trading advisers. This extension will
mitigate certain administrative and technological burdens and costs associated with
