12. 三人被指控通过差价合约交易欺诈养老金（2024 年 5 月 15 日）
英国金融行为管理局（FCA）指控参与一项针对养老金储蓄的高风险交易计划
的三人涉嫌欺诈。
Kristofer McGuire、Keith Williamson 和 Karla Walker 因为劝说受害者投资差
价合约（CFDs）被指控多项罪名，包括通过虚假陈述和欺诈交易实施欺诈行为。
差价合约是一种高风险的投资产品，用于就资产价格进行押注。
据称，许多受害者被鼓励使用他们的养老金进行投资，这些投资随后被交易，

Three Charged over CFD Trading Pension Fraud (2024/5/15)
The FCA has charged 3 individuals with fraud for their alleged involvement in a
high-risk trading scheme, which targeted people’s pension savings.
Kristofer McGuire, Keith Williamson and Karla Walker have been charged with
multiple offences, including fraud by false representation and fraudulent trading, after
they targeted victims by persuading them to invest in contracts for difference (CFDs).
CFDs are a high-risk investment product used to bet on the price of an asset.
Many victims of the alleged fraud were encouraged to use their pensions to
invest which were then traded to generate large commissions for those running the
