statements to a trading platform that their clients were professional investors.
Mr Williamson and Mr McGuire are accused of fraudulent trading, and Mr
McGuire faces 5 further counts of fraud by false representation.
The total known loss to victims is over £8 million.

英国金融行为管理局（FCA）就在社交媒体上推广未经授权的外汇交易计划对
九人提出指控。
Emmanuel Nwanze 被指控经营未经授权的投资计划并发布未经授权的金融
推广活动。FCA 声称，在 2018 年 5 月 19 日至 2021 年 4 月 13 日期间，Nwanze
和 Holly Thompson 在未经授权的情况下使用 Instagram 帐户（@holly_fxtrends）
就交易差价合约（CFDs）提供建议。
差价合约是一种高风险投资产品，用于就资产价格（本案中为外币价格）进
