根据诉状，这些陈述都是虚假或误导性的。
诉状称，被告从 27 名参与者处募集了约 500 万美元。被告在外汇杠杆交易
中损失了超过 313 万美元，并挪用资金归个人使用，用新参与者的资金向现有参
与者支付利息。在外汇交易中损失数百万美元并拖欠了其所谓的贷款后，被告声
称其将通过创建一个使用人工智能管理交易的“机器人”来挽回损失并偿还贷款，
从而隐瞒了其欺诈行为。
诉状还指控 TTT 在未按规定向 CFTC 注册的情况下作为商品基金管理人行
事，而 Carrion 和 Rodriguez 作为商品基金管理人业务人员，同样未按规定向 CFTC
注册。被告还被指控就 TTT 的资金来源向一家注册外汇交易商作出虚假陈述，
并称 TTT 未从事需要进行注册的商业活动。
CFTC 提示，起诉状要求对受害人的资金偿还可能无法追回受害人的所有损
失，因为不法行为人可能没有足够的资金或财产。CFTC 将继续坚定为保护客户
做出努力，并追究不法行为人的责任。

Algorithms to Recover Losses
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced it filed a civil
complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York against
Technical Trading Team, LLC (TTT), its Chief Executive Officer Edwin Carrion,
formerly of Pinecrest, Florida, and its Chief Operating Officer and head trader Jason
Rodriguez, of Bellerose, New York, charging them with fraudulently soliciting over $5
million for participation in a foreign currency (forex) commodity pool scheme.
The complaint charges TTT, Carrion, and Rodriguez, directly and/or derivatively,
with fraud in connection with retail forex transactions, fraud in connection with being
