应 SwapEx LLC 的要求，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）签发行政令，

自 9 月 30 日起撤销 SwapEx 的互换执行设施（SEF）注册资格。

CFTC 于 2016 年 1 月 22 日将 SwapEx 注册为互换执行设施。根据《美国商

品交易法》第 7 条和 CFTC 联邦法规 37.3(g)条规定，互换执行设施可在要求撤

销注册日期前至少 90 日向 CFTC 提交申请，要求撤销其注册。2023 年 6 月 16

日，SwapEx 向 CFTC 申请撤销其注册。

在 SwapEx 的撤销令生效后，在 CFTC 注册的互换执行设施数量将减至 26

家，包括 4 家处于休眠状态的。

CFTC Vacates SEF Registration of SwapEx LLC (2023/9/29)

At the request of SwapEx LLC, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission

today issued an order that vacates the registration of SwapEx as a swap execution

facility (SEF) effective September 30.

The CFTC registered SwapEx as a SEF on January 22, 2016. Under Section 7 of
the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC Regulation 37.3(g), a SEF may request its

registration be vacated by filing a request with the CFTC at least 90 days prior to the

requested date of vacation. On June 16, 2023, SwapEx requested the CFTC vacate its

registration.

After the SwapEx vacation order is effective, there will be 26 SEFs registered with

the CFTC, including four that are dormant.
