Among other things, to facilitate examinations and make them more efficient, the
amendments also require broker-dealers and all types of SBSDs and MSBSPs to

produce electronic records to securities regulators in a reasonably usable electronic

format.

The adopting release will be published on SEC.gov and in the Federal Register.

The final amendments will become effective 60 days after publication in the Federal

Register. The compliance dates for the new requirements will be six months after

publication in the Federal Register in the case of broker-dealers and 12 months after

publication in the Federal Register in the case of SBSDs and MSBSPs.

11. 美国商品期货交易委员会工作人员向韩国证券期货交易所签发关于 KOSPI

200 和迷你 KOSPI 200 期货合约交易的不行动函（2022 年 10 月 17 日）

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）市场监管部（DMO）宣布，在 CFTC 对

韩国交易所（Korea Exchange, Inc.，KRX）依据 CFTC 联邦法规第 30.13 条提出

的合约认证申请进行审查期间，DMO 将不会建议 CFTC 针对 KRX 向美国境内

人士提供韩国综合股价指数（KOSPI）200 期货合约和迷你 KOSPI 200 期货合约

交易的行为采取执法行动。该函将于 10 月 24 日生效。2021 年，KOSPI 200 指

数成为宽基证券指数时，DMO 也签发了类似信函。

今年年初，KOSPI 200 指数变成了一个窄基证券指数。基于窄基证券指数的

期货合约将受到 CFTC 和美国证券交易委员会的联合监管。相比之下，基于非窄

基（也称为宽基）证券指数的产品则由 CFTC 统一监管。
