1. 中国证监会发布《中国证监会关于 12386 服务平台优化运行有关事项的公告》

并设立 12386 服务平台（2022 年 11 月 1 日）

为进一步畅通投资者诉求反映渠道，提升投资者服务水平，保护投资者合法

权益，中国证监会发布修订后的《中国证监会关于 12386 服务平台优化运行有关

事项的公告》，自 2022 年 11 月 1 日起施行。

中国证监会设立 12386 网络平台，和 12386 热线电话共同构成中国证监会

12386 服务平台，接收投资者投诉、举报、咨询、意见建议，为投资者提供一站

式、多元化诉求处理服务。

China Securities Regulatory Commission Issues the Revised Announcement on
Matters Relating to the Optimization of the Operation of 12386 Service Platform

and Establishes 12386 Service Platform (2022/11/1)

To further optimize the channels for reflecting investors' demands, enhance the

level of investor services, and to protect the rights and interests of investors, the

CSRC has issued the Revised Announcement on Matters Relating to the Optimization

of the Operation of 12386 Service Platform, effective from November 1, 2022.

The CSRC's 12386 service platform, consisting of internet and telephone

services, receives investor complaints, whistle-blowings, consultations, opinions and

suggestions, and provides investors with one-stop and diversified demand processing

services.
