3. 美国商品期货交易委员会与美国证券交易委员会进一步延长 PF 表格修订的

生效日期（2025 年 6 月 11 日）

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）与美国证券交易委员会（SEC）联合宣

布，将延长 2024 年 2 月 8 日通过的 PF 表格修订的生效日期。这些修订的原生

效日期为 2025 年 6 月 12 日，现延长至 2025 年 10 月 1 日。公告要求，PF 表格

申报机构应继续提交当前版本的 PF 表格，直至该公告在《联邦公报》正式发布

之日。

PF 表格是某些在 SEC 注册的私募基金投资顾问的保密性报告表，其中包括

那些同时在 CFTC 注册为商品基金管理人或商品交易顾问的机构。此次生效日期

的延长将为申报机构提供更充分的时间来设置程序和测试以确保符合修订的要
求。

CFTC, SEC Further Extend Form PF Amendments Compliance Date (2025/6/11)

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission, together with the Securities and

Exchange Commission, extended the compliance date for the amendments to Form PF
that were adopted February 8, 2024. The compliance date for these amendments,

which was June 12, 2025, has been extended to October 1, 2025. The release provides

that Form PF filers should continue to file the current version of Form PF until the

date the release is published in the Federal Register.

Form PF is the confidential reporting form for certain SEC-registered investment

advisers to private funds, including those that also are registered with the CFTC as

commodity pool operators or commodity trading advisers. This extension will provide

more time for filers to program and test for compliance with these amendments.
