2. 美国商品期货交易委员会工作人员就衍生品清算机构特定报告要求的生效

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）清算与风险部宣布，就已注册衍生品清

算机构（DCO）某些每日报告要求的生效日期发布工作人员公告。这些要求已

于 2023 年 8 月完成修订。【见 88 Federal Register 53664（2023 年 8 月 8 日）】。

修订后的要求的生效日期为 2025 年 2 月 10 日。

根据工作人员公告中所述的原因，只要衍生品清算机构继续遵守相关要求先

前的版本，清算与风险部不会要求任何衍生品清算机构在 2025 年 12 月 1 日之前

遵守修订后的报告要求。

CFTC Staff Issues Advisory Regarding the Compliance Date for Certain DCO

Reporting Requirements (2025/1/10)

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Clearing and Risk

announced today it issued a staff advisory regarding the compliance date for certain

daily reporting requirements for registered derivatives clearing organizations. The
requirements were amended in August 2023. [See 88 Federal Register 53664 (Aug. 8,

2023).] The compliance date for the amended requirements is February 10, 2025.

For the reasons stated in the staff advisory, DCR will not expect any DCO to

comply with the amended requirements until Dec.1, 2025, so long as the DCO

continues to comply with the previous version of the requirements.
