香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（SFC）行政总裁梁凤仪女士与中国人民银

行副行长、国家外汇管理局局长朱鹤新先生在北京进行了高层会晤。

双方在会上就两地金融市场近况，巩固和提升香港国际金融中心地位，加强

跨境投融资及市场发展合作等议题交换了意见。

Beijing (2023/12/15)

The Securities and Futures Commission’s Chief Executive Officer Ms Julia Leung
and Mr Zhu Hexin, Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China and Administrator

of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, held a high-level meeting in Beijing

today.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on a range of issues including

recent developments of each other’s markets, consolidating and enhancing Hong

Kong’s status as an international financial centre, strengthening cross-boundary

investment and financing and cooperation on market developments.
