On November 18, 2023, the State Council approved and agreed to the Working

Plan on Supporting Beijing to Deepen the Construction of National Comprehensive

Demonstration Zone for Expanding Opening-up in the Service Sector. Among them, in

the field of professional services, qualified individuals from abroad are allowed to

engage in securities investment consulting and futures trading consulting business.
