4. Self-matched trades refer to those trades where the client’s order matched with

his/her own order in the opposite direction. The AML Guideline specifies the

entry of matching buys and sells in particular securities and futures as an

example of situations that might give rise to suspicion of money laundering, as

it might create the illusion of trading and be an indication of market

manipulation.

21. 香港拟推出中国国债期货（2023 年 11 月 24 日）

香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（SFC）宣布，香港拟推出中国国债期货合

约。香港交易及结算所有限公司（HKEX）正进行相关的准备工作，包括建议修

改相关规则。HKEX 将尽快公布相关细节和推出日期。

自 2017 年债券通（Bond Connect）推行以来，境外投资者持有的中国国债稳

步上升，对相关避险金融工具的需求亦日渐增加。在香港推出中国国债期货，得

到了中央政府和内地相关监管机构的大力支持，其能为境外机构投资者提供重要

的风险管理工具，便利他们进一步参与境内国债市场，从而促进国债市场的健康

发展。
