1. 中国证监会发布修订后的《期货交易所管理办法》（2023 年 3 月 31 日）
为进一步贯彻落实《中华人民共和国期货和衍生品法》（以下简称《期货和
衍生品法》），证监会修订发布了《期货交易所管理办法》（以下简称《办法》）。
此次修订主要涉及以下几方面内容：一是坚持党对期货交易所的领导，进一
步增强期货交易所党组织建设要求。二是落实《期货和衍生品法》要求，健全和
完善相关制度规定。三是优化期货交易所内部治理，完善组织架构和运行机制。
四是强化期货交易所风险管理责任，维护市场安全。五是压实期货交易所责任，
促进期货市场健康发展。此外，结合《期货和衍生品法》相关规定，《办法》还
对相关条文内容进行了适应性调整。
下一步，证监会将指导期货交易所认真落实《办法》，有效发挥期货交易所
自律管理职能，更好服务实体经济高质量发展。
China Securities Regulatory Commission Revises and Issues the Measures for
Administration of Futures Exchanges (2023/3/31)
To effectively implement the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People's
Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Futures and Derivatives Law), the
China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has revised and issued the Measures
for Administration of Futures Exchanges (the Measures).
The revision mainly involves the following aspects: First, it adheres to the
leadership of Communist Party of China over futures exchanges and further enhances
the requirements for the construction of party organizations in futures exchanges.
Second, to implement the requirements of the Futures and Derivatives Law, and to
improve and perfect the relevant institutional provisions. Third, to optimize the internal
control of futures exchanges and improve the organizational structure and operational
