exchanges and maintain market safety. Fifth, to strengthen the responsibilities of

futures exchanges and promote the healthy development of futures markets. In addition,

the Measures also make adaptive adjustments to the content of relevant provisions

under the Futures and Derivatives Law.

In the next step, the CSRC will guide futures exchanges to conscientiously enforce
the Measures, effectively play the self-regulatory function of futures exchanges, and

better serve the high-quality development of the real economy.
