案件背景
诉状称，大约从 2020 年 5 月到 2022 年 5 月，Adam Todd 和 Digitex Futures
在佛罗里达州的一个办公室经营着一家数字资产衍生品交易所。Digitex Futures
涉嫌通过网络招揽方式寻求美国客户参与交易，尽管 Todd 明知该行为将受到美

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced it filed a
complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against
Florida resident Adam Todd and four companies he controlled – Digitex LLC,
Digitex Limited, Digitex Software Limited, and Blockster Holdings Limited
