There are two rules for the third case where the regulated matters will be

governed by the new rules, including the Provisions on the Regular Rotation of

Signatory Certified Public Accountants for Securities and Futures Auditing

Businesses and the Guidelines for the Industry Classification of Listed Companies.

4. 证监会公布《关于修改、废止部分证券期货规章的决定》（中国证券监督管

理委员会令第 202 号）（2022 年 8 月 12 日）

为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国期货和衍生品法》，中国证监会对有关证券期

货制度文件进行了清理。经过清理，中国证监会决定:

一、对 8 部规章的部分条款予以修改。

主要包括以下几个方面内容:

增加《期货和衍生品法》作为上位法依据；取消对期货经营机构从业人员的

资格管理；完善期货公司董事、监事和高级管理人员的任职条件要求；相关文字

表述的调整。

二、对 1 部规章予以废止。
