9. 欧洲证券与市场管理局延长对英国中央对手方的认可决定（2022 年 3 月 25 日）
欧洲证券与市场管理局（ESMA，欧盟证券市场的监管者），宣布其根据《欧
盟市场基础设施监管条例》（EMIR）第 25 条决定延长对三家英国中央对手方
（CCP）作出的的认可决定的适用。
2022 年 3 月 22 日，ESMA 修订了其于 2020 年 9 月 25 日通过的关于对三家
英国 CCP——ICE Clear Europe Ltd、LCH Ltd、LME Clear Ltd——的认可和分级
决定，以使其与欧盟委员会在 2022 年 2 月 8 日通过的委员会实施决定（EU）
2022/174 保持一致。
因此，关于 ICE Clear Europe Ltd、LCH Ltd（作为第二层级中央对手方）和
LME Clear Ltd（作为第一层级中央对手方）的认可和分级有效期已临时延长至
2025 年 6 月 30 日。
ESMA Extends UK CCPs’ Recognition Decisions（2022/3/25）
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s securities
markets regulator, has announced today its decision to extend the application of the
recognition decisions under Article 25 of EMIR (Regulation (EU) 648/2012) for the
three CCPs established in the United Kingdom.
On 22 March 2022, ESMA amended the recognition decisions and tiering
