势操纵期货合约价格的典型案件。2019 年 9 月至 10 月，某期货交易所纤维板指

定交割仓库期货专员黄某利用提前获悉“纤维板 1910 合约”可交割仓单的关键信

息，伙同他人共同操纵“纤维板 1910 合约”价格，非法获利 231 万元。本案警示，

期货市场从业人员应当坚持职业操守，切勿利用信息优势非法谋取不当利益。

CSRC Announced 20 Model Cases of Illegal Activities in its Enforcement of

2021, with one case involving the price manipulation of futures contract using

asymmetrical information. Huang, a futures specialist of an exchange-designated

delivery warehouse for fiberboard, manipulated the price for the contract named
“Fiberboard 1910” with other persons by familiarizing himself with critical

information of the contract. The cases shall serve as a warning that participants of the
futures market shall strictly adhere to their professional ethics and must not
