2022 年 4 月 20 日，第十三届全国人大常委会第三十四次会议表决通过了《中

华人民共和国期货和衍生品法》（以下简称期货法）。本次期货法制定，以习近

平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，贯彻落实中央关于完善资本市场基础制

度建设的决策部署，以服务实体经济、防控金融风险、深化金融改革为出发点和

落脚点，坚持市场化、法治化、国际化方向，全面系统规定了期货市场和衍生品

市场各项基础制度，为打造一个规范、透明、开放、有活力、有韧性的资本市场

提供了坚强的法治保障，具有非常重要而又深远的意义。本次期货法的制定，在

总结历史经验和借鉴国际有益做法的基础上，做了一系列制度安排。
