二、对 1 部规范性文件予以废止。

《关于建立金融期货投资者适当性制度的规定》所规范事项已经在《证券期

货投资者适当性管理办法》中予以规范，因此予以废止。

决定自公布之日起施行。

5. China Securities Regulatory Commission Publishes the Decision on Revising

and Repealing Certain Regulatory Rules on Securities and Futures [CSRC

Decree No. 202] (2022/8/12)

In order to implement the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People's Republic

of China, China Securities Regulatory Commission (the CSRC) has cleaned up the
securities and futures regulatory rules and decided to:

I. Revise certain provisions of fourteen regulatory rules.

The revision mainly includes the following aspects:

Adding the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People's Republic of China as the

higher-level law, canceling the qualification management of the practitioners of

futures business institutions, and adjusting the relevant wordings.

II. Repeal one regulatory rule.

The matters regulated in the Provisions on Establishing the Investor Suitability

System of Financial Futures have been stipulated in the Measures for the Suitability

Management of Securities and Futures Investors. Therefore, it is repealed.

The Decision shall come into force on the date of publication.
