I. Revise certain provisions of eight rules.

The revision mainly includes the following aspects:

Adding the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People's Republic of China as the

higher-level law, canceling the qualification management of the practitioners of

futures business institutions, perfecting the requirements and conditions for holding

the positions as the directors, supervisors, and senior managers of futures companies,

and adjusting the relevant wordings.

II. Repeal one rule.

Article 12 of the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People's Republic of China

enumerates the situations of manipulating the futures market, which can cover the

relevant contents of the Provisions on "Other Behaviors of Manipulating Futures

Trading Prices" for Sub-paragrah 5 of Article 70 of the Administrative Regulation on
Futures Trading. Therefore, the Provisions on "Other Behaviors of Manipulating

Futures Trading Prices" for Sub-paragraph 5 of Article 70 of the Administrative

Regulation on Futures Trading shall be repealed.

The Decision shall come into force on the date of publication.

5. 证监会公布《关于修改、废止部分证券期货规范性文件的决定》（中国证券

监督理委员会公告〔2022〕43 号）（2022 年 8 月 12 日）

为做好《中华人民共和国期货和衍生品法》的贯彻落实工作，中国证监会对

有关证券期货规范性文件进行了清理。经过清理，中国证监会决定:

对 14 部规范性文件的部分条款予以修改。

主要包括以下几个方面内容:
