双方自 2009 年起建立的货币互换安排升级为常备互换安排，协议长期有效，互

换规模由原来的 5000 亿元人民币/5900 亿元港币扩大至 8000 亿元人民币/9400

亿元港币，以进一步深化内地与香港金融合作，更好支持香港国际金融中心建设，
推动香港离岸人民币市场稳健发展。

2. People's Bank of China and Hong Kong Monetary Authority Signed Standing

Currency Swap Agreement and Expanded Swap Size (2022/7/4)

With the approval of the State Council, the People ’ s Bank of China (PBC)

signed a standing currency swap agreement with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority

(HKMA), upgrading the currency swap arrangement established by the two parties

since 2009 to a long-standing arrangement with no need for renewal. The size of the

arrangement has also been expanded from RMB500 billion / HKD590 billion to

RMB800 billion / HKD 940 billion. The agreement will further deepen financial
cooperation between Mainland and Hong Kong, better support the development of

Hong Kong as an international financial center, and foster the development of the

offshore RMB market in Hong Kong.

3. 证监会批准开展中证 1000 股指期货和期权交易（2022 年 7 月 18 日）

证监会近日批准中国金融期货交易所开展中证 1000 股指期货和期权交易。

相关合约正式挂牌交易时间为 2022 年 7 月 22 日。

股指期货和期权是资本市场的风险管理工具，是多层次资本市场的重要组成

部分。近年来，我国股票市场规模稳步扩大，投资者风险管理需求随之增加。上

市中证 1000 股指期货和期权，是全面深化资本市场改革的一项重要举措，有助

于进一步满足投资者避险需求，健全和完善股票市场稳定机制，助力资本市场平

稳健康发展。
