finance. MAS is also developing a strong sustainable finance research and talent

development ecosystem, comprising centres of excellence in our universities,

reputable training providers, and Asia Pacific sustainability hubs established by

问题：

请问总理，在过去五年和今年至今，（i）在新加坡注册的家族办公室的数

量，（ii）它们的总业务支出，（iii）持有的管理资产（AUM）总额以及（iv）
AUM 在当地的投资总额分别是多少。

主管新加坡金融管理局（MAS）的高级部长 Tharman Shanmugaratnam 先生

答复：

由于单一家族理财办公室（SFO）不管理第三方资金，它们不需要在 MAS

完成注册或获得许可。因此，MAS 没有关于新加坡 SFOs 的数量或其业务规模

的权威数据。

根据 MAS 预估，截至 2020 年底，约有 400 家 SFOs；截至 2021 年底，约

有 700 家 SFOs。MAS 没有对 SFOs 业务支出总额、持有的 AUM 总额以及 SFOs

在当地投资总额进行估计。

对于那些希望在新加坡获得其投资管理收入方面获得税收优惠的 SFOs 而言，
