                        根据撤销声明所述，市场监管部、清算与风险部认为，鉴于工作人员在虚拟

                   货币衍生产品上市方面的经验积累，以及市场不断增长且日趋成熟，该公告已不

                   再适用。


                   CFTC Staff Withdraws Advisory on Virtual Currency Derivative Product

                   Listings (2025/3/28)


                        The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Market Oversight

                   and Division of Clearing and Risk announced they are withdrawing CFTC Staff

                   Advisory No. 18-14, Advisory with Respect to Virtual Currency Derivative Product

                   Listings, effective immediately.


                        As stated in the withdrawal letter, DMO and DCR determined that the advisory

                   is no longer needed given additional staff experience with virtual currency derivative

                   product listings and increasing market growth and maturity.
