the appeal brought by Dubai Commodities Clearing Corporation (“DCCC”) against

the European Securities and Markets Authority (“ESMA”) and to therefore confirm

the ESMA decision to withdraw its recognition.

The application was brought in relation to ESMA’s Decision, adopted under

Article 25p of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 (EMIR), to withdraw the recognition of

DCCC as a Tier 1 third-country central counterparty (CCP). The decision is a

consequence of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) being included by the European

Commission on the list of high-risk third countries presenting strategic deficiencies in

their national anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism (“AML/CFT”)

regime, provided for in the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1675.

The Board had decided to suspend the ESMA decision in October 2023 until the

outcome of the appeal is concluded. With today’s publication, the suspension has

expired and the ESMA decision has become fully operational.

欧洲期货交易所（Eurex）自 2024 年 2 月 5 日起推出 EURO STOXX 50 股
息指数期货的中期曲线期权，从而扩大了其股息衍生品的范围。

股息指数期货的中期曲线期权目前仅作为场外交易产品提供，可在欧洲期货

交易所进行交易。

中期曲线期权（Eurex）或互换期权（场外交易术语称为 Swaptions）是一种

上市期权，其标的期货的到期日长于下一个结算期货。这些期权聚焦于未来五

年的股息，使参与者能够微调风险管理或预测股息预期的变化。
