18. 香港证券及期货事务监察委员会欢迎行政长官提出巩固香港国际金融中心
地位的施政措施（2023 年 10 月 25 日）
香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（SFC）欢迎行政长官在《施政报告》中提
出加强香港竞争力及巩固其国际金融中心地位的施政措施。
SFC 主席雷添良先生（Mr Tim Lui）表示：“ 我们全力支持行政长官发表的措
施，以及他采纳由促进股票市场流动性专门小组提出有关提升股票市场竞争力和
促进其可持续发展的建议。SFC 将与香港交易及结算所有限公司（Hong Kong
Exchanges and Clearing Limited）紧密合作，研究如何落实有关建议。”
SFC 也欢迎行政长官为强化香港离岸人民币业务，深化大湾区金融合作，设
立新平台拓展基金销售及推动香港绿色和可持续金融发展而提出的措施。
雷先生补充称：“我们相信，深化香港与内地市场互联互通和加强大湾区金
融合作，将进一步巩固香港在连接国际投资者与内地市场方面的独特角色，并推
动内地资本市场继续对外开放。”
SFC 将继续与内地及本地有关当局合作，致力落实相关措施。
SFC Welcomes Chief Executive’s Initiatives to Enhance Hong Kong’s IFC Status

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the initiatives in the
Chief Executive’s Policy Address to enhance Hong Kong’s competitiveness and
upholding its status as an international financial centre.
The SFC’s Chairman, Mr Tim Lui said: “We fully support the measures outlined
by the Chief Executive and his adoption of the recommendations by the Task Force on
Enhancing Stock Market Liquidity to strengthen the competitiveness of the stock
market and promote its sustainable development. The SFC will work closely with the
