Recently, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) Releases the

Specification for supervision data acquisition of futures companies— Part 1: General

information and brokerage, which will come into effect from the date of publication.

The formulation and implementation of the standard can effectively guide futures

companies to accurately understand the content of regulatory data reporting, improve

the standardization of regulatory data collection and application, improve the timeliness

and accuracy of regulatory data collection, and promote data exchange and sharing.

中国证监会近日同意上海期货交易所全资子公司上海国际能源交易中心上

海出口集装箱结算运价指数（欧洲航线）期货注册并确定为境内特定品种。下一

步，证监会将督促上海国际能源交易中心做好各项工作，保障上海出口集装箱结

算运价指数（欧洲航线）期货的平稳推出和稳健运行。

China Securities Regulatory Commission Agrees to Register INE Containerized

Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures and Designate it as the Specified Domestic

Futures Product (2023/8/11)

China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has recently agreed to register

Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures developed by the Shanghai

International Energy Exchange（INE）, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Futures

Exchange, and designated it as the specified domestic futures product. As the next step,

the CSRC will supervise the INE to complete the to-do list for ensuring the smooth

launch and sound operation of Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures.
