近日，为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国期货和衍生品法》，增强期货市场持仓

管理的系统性和针对性，进一步提升监管透明度和增强监管效率，证监会发布了

《期货市场持仓管理暂行规定》。

Position Management of Futures Market (2023/7/31)

Recently, in order to implement the Futures and Derivative Law of the People’s

Republic of China, enhance the integrity and pertinence of position management of

futures market, further promote regulatory transparency and efficiency, China

Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has issued the Interim Provisions on
Position Managemen of Futures Market.

2. 中国证监会发布《期货公司监管数据采集规范 第 1 部分：基本信息和经纪业

务》（2023 年 8 月 4 日）

近日，证监会发布《期货公司监管数据采集规范 第 1 部分：基本信息和经

纪业务》，自公布之日起施行。标准的制定实施可有效指导期货公司准确理解监

管数据填报内容，提升期货公司监管数据采集和应用的标准化程度，提高监管数

据采集的时效性和准确性，促进数据的交互共享。
