The ANPRM seeks information and public comment on several areas of the RMP
regulations, including governance and structure, the enumerated risks RMPs must
monitor and manage, and the specific risk considerations RMPs must take into account.
In addition, the ANPRM seeks feedback on how the risk exposure report requirement
under the RMP regulations could be improved or modified.
The Commission intends to use the information and comments received to inform
potential future agency action, such as a rulemaking, with respect to the RMP
Regulations.

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）核准了 Cboe Clear Digital 公司（Cboe Clear）
注册令的修订，允许其在符合该注册令规定的条款和条件下，作为《美国商品交
易法》（CEA）所规定的衍生品清算机构（DCO）清算更多品。
除之前已准许的全额担保期货和互换交易外，修订后的注册令还允许 Cboe
Clear 向期货佣金商对采用保证金交易的数字资产期货提供清算服务。
Cboe Clear 的母公司，Cboe Digital Exchange 公司，在 CFTC 注册为指定合
约市场。
