金融行业发展基金（The Financial Sector Development Fund）将在 2021-2025
年期间为金融行业人才与领袖计划提供 4 亿新元的资金，使行业专业人士能够更
好地工作并在职业生涯中取得进步。
a.培养发展领域方面的人才，并为处于不同职业阶段的金融专业人士提供培
训支持。
b.在可持续发展和技术等领域培养专业人才。
c.通过获得专业知识、国际视野和社交网络（networks）机会来培养领导者，
帮助他们成功发挥领导作用。
MAS Launches Financial Services Industry Transformation Map 2025

Mr Lawrence Wong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minster for Finance, and
Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Deputy Chairman, launched the Financial
Services Industry Transformation Map (ITM) 2025 today. The ITM 2025 lays out the
growth strategies to further develop Singapore as a leading international financial
centre in Asia – to connect global markets, support Asia’s development, and serve
Singapore’s economy.
MAS projects the financial sector to grow by an average 4% to 5% per annum
during 2021 – 2025 and create 3,000 – 4,000 net jobs on average each year.
The ITM comprises five key strategies:
a. Enhance Asset Class Strengths;
b. Digitalise Financial Infrastructure;
