1. 国家外汇管理局关于进一步促进外汇市场服务实体经济有关措施的通知

为进一步促进外汇市场发展，更好服务市场主体管理外汇风险，国家外汇管

理局就有关事项进行通知，主要包括以下方面：一是金融机构应持续加强服务实

体经济汇率风险管理的能力建设；二是丰富对客户外汇市场产品；三是支持中国

外汇交易中心和银行间市场清算所股份有限公司提升外汇市场服务水平；四是扩

大合作办理人民币对外汇衍生品业务范围；五是支持银行自身外汇风险管理。

通知自发布之日起实施。

State Administration of Foreign Exchange’s Announcement on Measures to

Further Promote the Foreign Exchange Market to Serve the Real Economy

（2022/5/20）

In order to further promote the development of the foreign exchange market and

better serve market participants in managing foreign exchange risks, the State

Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) hereby makes the following

announcement. Firstly, financial institutions should continue to strengthen the

capacity building of exchange rate risk management to serve the real economy;

secondly, to enrich the foreign exchange market products for customers; thirdly, to

support the China Foreign Exchange Trade System and Shanghai Clearing House to

improve the quality of its foreign exchange market services; fourthly, to expand the

scope of business cooperation for derivatives on RMB to foreign currency; and fifthly,
to support banks' own foreign exchange risk management.

The announcement shall be effective from the date of publication.
