期货和衍生品行业监管动态

2023 年 2 月，中国人民银行会同银保监会、证监会、外汇局、广东省人民

政府联合印发《关于金融支持横琴粤澳深度合作区建设的意见》和《关于金融支

持前海深港现代服务业合作区全面深化改革开放的意见》，各提出三十条金融改
革创新举措，内容涵盖民生金融、金融市场互联互通、现代金融产业发展、促进

跨境贸易和投融资便利化、加强金融监管合作等方面。

Issued Opinions on Financial Support for the Construction of the

Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and the Qianhai

Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone (2023/2/23)

In February 2023, the People’s Bank of China, together with China Banking and
Insurance Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission, State

Administration of Foreign Exchange, and People’s Government of Guangdong

Province jointly issued the Opinions on Financial Support for the Construction of the

Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and the Opinions on

Financial Support for the Comprehensive Deepening of Reform and Opening-up of

the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, with

each opinion proposing 30 financial reforms and innovation initiatives covering

livelihood finance, the interconnectivity of financial markets, the development of a

modern financial industry, the promotion of cross-border trade and investment and

financing facilitation, and the strengthening of financial regulatory cooperation.
