11. 全国首例金融市场测试案例正式启动（2022 年 10 月 12 日）

2022 年 10 月 12 日，全国首例金融市场案例测试启动仪式在上海金融法院
圆满举行，上海清算所作为申请人代表向上海金融法院递交启动申请书。该案例

以中央对手清算业务违约处置为核心问题，由上海清算所联合交通银行、浦发银

行、兴业银行、法国兴业银行（中国）共同筹备完成。

11. The First Financial Market Test Case in China was Officially Launched

(2022/10/12)

On October 12, 2022, the launching ceremony of the first national financial

market test case was successfully held in the Shanghai Financial Court. Shanghai
Clearing House, as the representative of the test case applicant, submitted the

launching application to the Shanghai Financial Court. The case, centering around
clearing default resolution by central counterparty, was prepared by Shanghai

Clearing House together with Bank of Communications, Shanghai Pudong

Development Bank, Industrial Bank, and Société Générale (China).
