                        Camille Blackburn has been the director of wholesale buyside at the FCA since

                   2022, responsible for supervision, policy and market analysis for asset management

                   and related services. She will start her new role in July. She has 25 years’ experience

                   in financial services regulation, previously having worked as the global chief

                   compliance officer for several large financial firms in the UK and in APAC. She has

                   also held senior regulatory roles at the Central Bank of Ireland, the Australian

                   Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and Australian Treasury.


                        Tash Miah biography


                        Tash Miah has been with the FCA since 2022, working in its international

                   division covering non-bank financial intermediation (NBFI) and leading the financial

                   stability engagement group (FSEG).


                        She started her career at Morgan Stanley investment bank in London, in sales

                   and trading covering hedge fund clients, which included a spell in Hong Kong from

                   2018 to 2019.

                   英国金融行为监管局（FCA）正提议简化关于投资公司必须持有的用于吸收损

                   失并在压力时期维持财务韧性的资金类型的规则。


                        此次提议并未改变关于公司必须持有多少资本的规则，但重点在于简化和整

                   合关于何种资金符合监管资本要求的现有规则。


                        现行监管资本规则原为银行设计，导致其复杂且不适配投资公司商业模式。

                   FCA 提议删除与绝大多数公司无关的大篇幅内容，并简化其他部分。这些改动

                   将使法律文本体量减少 70%。
