suitability regulations, making unauthorized profit commitments, engaging in

unauthorized investment operations, and failing to disclose information as required.

The CSRC also closely monitored some risk-related cases, for example, a futures

company failed to fulfill management duties for its subsidiary, not reporting

information truthfully, accurately, or completely, and was suspected of engaging in

illegal financial activities, the CSRC filed and investigated these cases promptly.
