                        欧盟证券与市场管理局（ESMA，欧盟证券市场的监管者）正在协调大部分


                   欧盟中央对手方（CCP）参加自 2023 年 11 月 13 日起为期一周的全球演习。


                        本周举行的演习要求 30 多家中央对手方同时对其违约管理流程进行模拟演

                   练。该演习由 ESMA 与欧盟和非欧盟监管机构、中央对手方以及行业协会共同

                   组织。


                        在接下里的几日中，参与演习的中央对手方将模拟假定同一清算会员违约情

                   形下，执行各自的违约管理流程。中央对手方同时执行这一测试，可能有助于发

                   现程序中潜在的操作瓶颈，例如其可能同时对未违约的清算会员提出请求。


                        此外，通过在中央对手方之间分享违约管理最佳实践这一机会，此次演习有

                   望为金融稳定带来益处。

                        The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s financial

                   markets regulator and supervisor, is coordinating the participation of the majority

                   of EU CCPs in a global fire-drill during the week starting 13 November 2023.
