Futures companies are categorized into 5 categories and 11 levels, including

categories A (levels AAA, AA, A), B (levels BBB, BB, B), C (levels CCC, CC, C), D,

and E. The classification levels are based on the risk management capability of futures

companies, and combined with the company’s ability to serve the real economy, its

competitiveness in the market, and its continuous compliance status, the futures

companies are evaluated in a comprehensive manner. CSRC encourages futures

companies to develop steadily and gradually improve their service capability and

competitiveness on the premise of strict compliance with laws and regulations and

continuous improvement of risk management capability and compliance level.

CSRC treats different categories of futures companies differently regarding

allocation of regulatory resources, and frequency of on-site and off-site inspections.

The classification results of futures companies are mainly for the use of futures

regulators, and futures companies are not allowed to use the classification results for

commercial purposes such as advertising, promotions, and marketing.

2. 国家外汇管理局公布 2023 年 8 月中国外汇市场交易概况数据（2023 年 9 月 22

日）

国家外汇管理局统计数据显示，2023 年 8 月，中国外汇市场（不含外币对

市场，下同）总计成交 26.45 万亿元人民币（等值 3.69 万亿美元）。其中，银行

对客户市场成交 3.45 万亿元人民币（等值 0.48 万亿美元），银行间市场成交 23.00

万亿元人民币（等值 3.21 万亿美元）；即期市场累计成交 9.60 万亿元人民币（等

值 1.34 万亿美元），衍生品市场累计成交 16.85 万亿元人民币（等值 2.35 万亿美

元）。

2023 年 1-8 月，中国外汇市场累计成交 173.78 万亿元人民币（等值 24.83 万
