1. 中国证监会公布 2023 年期货公司分类结果（2023 年 9 月 15 日）

近期，根据《期货公司分类监管规定》，经期货公司自评、派出机构初审，

由中国证监会有关部门、期货交易所、中国期货市场监控中心、中国期货业协会

等单位代表组成的期货公司分类评审委员会复核并审议确定了 2023 年期货公司

分类评价结果。

期货公司分为 A（AAA、AA、A）、 B（BBB、BB、B）、 C（CCC、CC、C）、

D、E 等 5 类 11 个级别，分类级别是以期货公司风险管理能力为基础，结合公司

服务实体经济能力、市场竞争力、持续合规状况，对期货公司进行的综合评价。

中国证监会鼓励期货公司在严格遵守法律法规、不断提高风险管理能力及合规水
平的前提下，稳健发展，逐步提升服务能力和竞争力。

中国证监会对不同类别的期货公司在监管资源分配、现场检查和非现场检查

频率等方面区别对待。期货公司分类结果主要供期货监管部门使用，期货公司不

得将分类结果用于广告、宣传、营销等商业目的。

China Securities Regulatory Commission Announces the 2023 Futures Company

Classification Results (2023/9/15)

Recently, per the Provisions on the Classificaiton-based Supervison and

Regulation of Futures Companies, after the self-assessment of futures companies and

preliminary examination by the regional agency, the Futures Companies Classification

Review Committee, which is composed of representatives from relevant departments

of CSRC, futures exchanges, China Futures Market Monitoring Center, China Futures

Association and other units, has reviewed and deliberated to determine the results of

the classification and evaluation of futures companies for the year 2023.
