于金融支持全面推进乡村振兴 加快建设农业强国的指导意见》（2023 年 6 月 16

日）

中国人民银行、金融监管总局、中国证监会、财政部、农业农村部近日联合
发布《关于金融支持全面推进乡村振兴 加快建设农业强国的指导意见》，对做

好粮食和重要农产品稳产保供金融服务、强化巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果金融支持、

加强农业强国金融供给等九个方面提出具体要求。

People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of

the People’s Republic of China Issue the Guidelines on Financial Support for

Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating the Building of a

Global Agricultural Powerhouse (2023/6/16)

The People’s Bank of China, the National Financial Regulatory Administration,

the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of Finance of the People’s
Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s

Republic of China recently jointly issued the Guidelines on Financial Support for

Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating the Building of a

Global Agricultural Powerhouse with specific requirements in nine aspects, including

the financial services for stabilizing the production and preserving the supply of grain

and important agricultural products, intensifying financial support for reinforcing and

expanding the achievements of poverty elimination, and strengthening the financial

supply of a global agricultural powerhouse.
