主要工作包括：

 可持续发展——形成与可持续发展相关的信息披露的监管框架，包

括根据《可持续金融信息披露条例》（Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation，

SFDR）完成了两套监管技术标准（RTS）草案。

 数字金融——就加密资产和数字经营韧性等主题进行深入的技术讨

论。

 消费者保护——在 2021 年 1 月提交了 RTS 草案后，对欧盟委员会在

审查一揽子零售投资和保险产品（Packaged Retail Investment and Insurance

Products，PRIIPs）条例方面所提出的证据要求准备反馈工作；以及

 证券化——完成一份关于证券化条例（the Securitsation Regulation）

的实施和作用的报告，以及关于其适用范围的意见。

ESAs Publish Joint Annual Report for 2021（2022/4/19）

The Joint Committee of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) – EBA,

EIOPA and ESMA – published today its 2021 Annual Report, providing a detailed

account of its joint work completed over the past year.

The Joint Committee, under ESMA’s chairmanship in 2021, continued to play a

central role in the coordination and exchange of information between the ESAs, the

European Commission (EC) and the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB). A

significant part of its work in 2021 focused on developing the regulatory and

supervisory framework for sustainability-related disclosures.

The main areas of cross-sectoral focus continued to be joint risk assessment,
enhancement of consumer protection, development of the regulatory and supervisory

frameworks for sustainable finance and securitisation. In addition, monitoring and
