In order to enrich the multi-level capital market product system, the China

Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") launches the listing of three ETF

options and will approve the listing of the CSI 500 ETF options on the Shanghai

Stock Exchange, the listing of the GEM ETF options and the CSI 500 ETF options on

the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in accordance with the relevant procedures.

Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges (Draft for Comments)

In order to implement the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People's Republic

of China, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has drafted the Measures for

the Administration of Futures Exchanges (Draft for Comments) now open to the

public for comments.

The period for feedback will end on October 16, 2022.
