22. 新加坡金融管理局与中国人民银行续签双边本币互换协议 （2022 年 7 月 14
日）
新加坡金融管理局（MAS）和中国人民银行（PBC）宣布续签为期 5 年的双
边本币互换协议（Bilateral Currency Swap Arrangement，BCSA），至 2027 年。
自 2010 年以来，双边本币互换协议一直是新加坡金融管理局与中国人民银
行开展合作的关键支柱，其有助于加强区域经济韧性和金融稳定。根据该协议，
新加坡金融管理局和中国人民银行可以获得对方货币的流动性，以支持对贸易和
投资的融资，并稳定金融市场。在新加坡和中国经营的金融机构将分别获得高达
3000 亿元人民币和 650 亿新加坡元的流动性。
该协议由新加坡金融管理局局长 Ravi Menon 和中国人民银行行长易纲签署，
将自 2022 年 7 月 13 日起生效。
