印度尼西亚银行（BI）和新加坡金融管理局（MAS）宣布，将进一步延长
双边金融安排至 2023 年 11 月 3 日。这项安排旨在强化进行中的金融合作，在全

球宏观经济不确定的情况下维护两国货币和金融稳定，这一安排已经得到了印尼
总统 Joko Widodo 和新加坡总理 Lee Hsien Loong 的认可。

该安排包括两份协议：

a.本币双边互换协议，允许两国中央银行进行本币的互换，高达 95 亿新元

或 100 万亿印尼盾。

b.价值 30 亿美元的双边回购协议，允许两国中央银行之间进行回购交易，

以获得使用 G3 政府债券（即美国国债、日本政府债券和德国国债）作为担保品

的美元现金。

该双边金融安排是在 2018 年 11 月的印尼-新加坡领导人非正式会议

（Indonesia-Singapore Leader’s Retreat）后，在 BI 和 MAS 之间建立的，在此之

后，每年都进行了延期。

Bilateral Financial Arrangement (2022/11/4)

Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) today

announced a further extension of bilateral financial arrangement to 3 November 2023.

This arrangement was endorsed by Indonesia President Joko Widodo and Singapore

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong to reinforce the ongoing financial cooperation in

preserving monetary and financial stability in both countries amid global

macroeconomic uncertainties.

The arrangement comprises two agreements:

a. A local currency bilateral swap agreement that allows for the exchange of
local currencies between the two central banks of up to SGD9.5 billion or IDR100

trillion.
